Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active State Physical Therapy license (ID or compact license valid for assignment) is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Candidates with prior SNF caseload management and restorative program experience are preferred.
- Client requires experience with documentation in electronic medical records and Medicare skilled documentation standards. Experience with restorative nursing programs and use of common mobility and therapeutic modalities preferred.
- Reliable professional references demonstrating recent clinical experience. Minimum years of experience may be requested by the client; candidate should be prepared to provide detailed work history.
