Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
- Active Florida PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress according to clinic and payer requirements.
- Must be able to spend majority of time at the Boynton Beach clinic and be willing to travel to a West Boynton Beach clinic as needed.
- Open to both PT and PTA candidates when applicable. PT or PTA licensure and scope of practice must meet state requirements.
