Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wyoming Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Client requires clinicians with prior experience providing care in post-acute or rehabilitative environments; at least one year of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to document per facility or regulatory requirements and work with interdisciplinary teams.
