Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wyoming physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Client requirement: ability to provide care in a skilled nursing facility and manage caseloads typical of long-term care populations.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred.
