Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation, Medicare skilled criteria, and restorative care preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams in long-term care environments.
