Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, documentation for long-term care, and skilled Medicare/Medicaid documentation preferred.
- Client requires availability to work Monday through Friday schedule and to follow facility procedures for meal and break periods.
