Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for licenses obtained on or after January 2016; foreign equivalency accepted where applicable.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum one year of home health physical therapy experience preferred; candidates without home health experience may be considered and trained.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or equivalent) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age required. Candidates must be able to travel within service area including Butte, Yuba and Sutter Counties; primary need currently in Butte County.
