Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with patient evaluation, plan of care development, and skilled therapeutic interventions in post-acute settings preferred.
- Current clinical documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
