Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum one year of home health physical therapy experience required.
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required.
- Ability to travel and provide care within a 50+ mile radius of the assigned office covering Lake Stevens and Snohomish areas.
- Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
