Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California PT license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with restorative nursing, discharge planning, and working with geriatric populations preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
- Assignment Length: 10 week assignment.
- Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
