Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Manahawkin, NJ.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. (Client may require BLS; confirm prior to start.)
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required. Prior experience with ADL training, therapeutic activities, and discharge planning preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs, such as electronic medical records and Medicare-focused documentation.
- Current professional liability insurance as required by facility policy.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
- Work Days: Monday through Friday.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
- Contract Length: 13 weeks.
