Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required. Alternatively, one year of PT experience in other clinical settings is acceptable.
- Experience with Raintree EMR is preferred.
- Ability to work productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800–1630, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule flexibility: Clinic open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- EMR: Raintree.
- May be required to float to other sites as needed.
