Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with neuromuscular and geriatric populations preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads, document per facility policies, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Must be available for a split assignment between two facilities within Danbury, CT (floating between sites required).
