Become a vital part of a Sanford, ME hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic studies for patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent education.
- Current ARRT (Computed Tomography) certification or ARRT with CT registry eligibility as specified by the client.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience working in an acute care hospital radiology department, including familiarity with routine and emergent CT protocols.
- Experience using an electronic medical record system for documentation. (Client uses EPIC as their EMR; preferred.)
- Ability to follow hospital imaging safety protocols, including contrast administration and patient identification procedures.
- Preferred: Experience with trauma and emergency imaging workflows.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Nights, 1900-0700.
- Weekend and holiday coverage as required by scheduling needs.
- May be required to float between campus locations within the same health system.
