Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current, active Physical Therapist license in Virginia prior to the start of the assignment.
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting. (Client requires outpatient orthopedic experience.)
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal injuries and communicate treatment plans and progress to referring physicians and specialty doctors, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Strong documentation skills and experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinic team.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic or with direct collaboration with orthopedic surgeons. Preferred items are not required but will strengthen an application.

- Workweek: Monday - Friday schedule as noted in client behavior characteristics.
- Clinical Focus: Outpatient orthopedic evaluations and treatment; coordinate care with in-house and specialty physicians.
