Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Experience with common SNF duties including restorative programs, functional mobility training, transfers, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
- Documentation proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
