Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) required.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Compliance with Connecticut fingerprint-based background check requirements for healthcare work.
- Ability to provide documentation to meet facility onboarding requirements, including immunizations and screenings.
- Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, post-acute care, and common SNF equipment and procedures.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Guaranteed Hours: 32–35 hours per week as noted by client guarantee.
- Contract Length: 14 weeks.
- Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
