Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. Candidates with prior outpatient caseload management, therapeutic exercise prescription, and manual therapy experience are preferred.
- Ability to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document according to clinic and regulatory standards.
- Experience with common outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, therapeutic exercise equipment, and gait training tools is preferred.
- PT or PTA candidates will be considered. If applying as a PTA, must meet state PTA licensure requirements.
