Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and performing evaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning preferred.
