Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing outpatient orthopedics or general outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions preferred.
- Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and infectious disease precautions.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and precept clinical learners preferred.
