Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operating radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or equivalent education.
CNMT or ARRT(N) certification and current state license to practice nuclear medicine in Maine.
BLS certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in nuclear medicine, including general nuclear medicine procedures.
Experience with nuclear cardiology and oncologic PET imaging required.
Experience operating Siemens nuclear imaging equipment preferred.
Experience with Epic and NMIS or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.
Ability to float between inpatient and outpatient nuclear medicine and PET imaging as needed.
Preferred: demonstrated teamwork, self-motivation, and patient-centered approach.

Assignment Details

Facility type: Hospital.
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 06:30–15:00.
Work days: Monday–Friday.
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
Weekend hours: none.
Call requirements: none.
Float requirements: May float between inpatient imaging at the main hospital and outpatient imaging in Scarborough (drive time approximately 10 minutes).
