Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and assure quality of imaging equipment, assist with patient monitoring, and support procedure room workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of IR Tech experience with references.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (RT[R]).
- Graduate from an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- State radiologic technologist license in good standing.
- Neuro interventional experience including stroke and neuro interventions required.
- Experience working in Level 1 trauma environments required.
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment preferred.
- VI (Vascular Interventional) certification preferred.
- Experience using EPIC EMR preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800-1730.
- Typical weekly hours: 36 hours (9-hour shifts) or 40 hours (shift variations include 0800-1430 or 0700-1730).
- Call requirements: Yes. Maximum call of 1–2 weeknights per week and every 6th weekend (Fri–Sun).
- Weekend hours: Call only.
- Procedure rooms: Three procedure rooms. Full staff model uses two technologists per room with rotating scrub and circulating roles.
- Floating: No float requirements.
