Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Proficiency in documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
- Client requires experience with geriatric populations and mobility assessment preferred.
