Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Client requires clinicians able to work 5x8 schedule and provide skilled PT services consistent with SNF standards.
- Documentation competency with electronic medical records preferred.
