Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.
- Current, unencumbered South Carolina physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in home health or community-based care preferred.
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for home visits.

- Role expectations: Perform patient evaluations, provide therapeutic services per physician orders, supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned.
