Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation documentation systems preferred.

- Shift Hours: 08:00–18:00.
- Shift Days: Days of week consistent with day shift schedule.
