Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to begin employment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or willingness to work in a CCRC setting including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services. New graduates and clinicians new to this setting are welcome.
- Team-oriented demeanor. Employer seeks upbeat, energetic clinicians who are team players.
