Become a vital part of a hospital team in Foley, AL as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT scanning equipment to provide diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient populations.
Minimum Requirements:
- ARRT (CT) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience required. Experience performing CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis and extremities is required.
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program or equivalent credential as a general radiographer.
- Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile/surgical procedures, contrast administration, CT-guided biopsy/drainage procedures, and cross-sectional anatomy.
- State licensure as required for radiography in Alabama.
- Preferred: Experience with fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm imaging, and OR imaging services.
