Minimum Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license for South Carolina required.
- Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting required.
- Demonstrated competency with sterile product preparation and parenteral labeling.
- Experience managing controlled substances and maintaining required records.
- Experience with medication procurement, inventory management, and monthly pharmacy inspections.
- Clinical experience with antimicrobial stewardship, including interpretation of culture results and recommendations for common infections (UTI, pneumonia, SSTI) required.
- Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing management and anticoagulation dosing/monitoring.
- Experience performing medication reconciliation for discharge medication lists and providing discharge counseling to patients and families.
- EPIC electronic health record experience preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.

- Duration: 13 Week assignment
- Must perform tasks under general supervision of Pharmacy Director and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Responsibilities include sterile preparation, dispensing, controlled substance management, medication reconciliation, formulary support, and participation in Pharmacy & Therapeutics and quality assurance activities.
