Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Days
PT 5 days/week 32 hour guarantee; will split time with Town and Country Health and Rehab
