Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Louisiana State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
Demonstrated competency with common SNF therapy equipment and documentation systems preferred.
