Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with patient mobility training, fall prevention programs, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
