Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
- Must be able to meet productivity expectation of 88% after two weeks.
- CT fingerprints required for this assignment.
- Experience with split position scheduling preferred.

- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work schedule: 5x8.
