Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment for patients with post-acute and chronic conditions.
- Current CPR/BLS and documentation competency.
- Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs, gait training, wound care collaboration, and use of common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
