Minimum Requirements
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in South Carolina required prior to the start of assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation. Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits from first to last patient.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Experience evaluating functional status, developing plan of care, documenting progress notes per agency policy, and coordinating with interdisciplinary team preferred.
- Ability to function in diverse home environments and provide patient- and family-centered instruction and education.
- Minimum education requirement: Associate degree. Additional degrees preferred.
