Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or equivalent experience per state requirements.
- Active Connecticut SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Experience achieving productivity expectations; client requires approximately 90% productivity after two weeks.
- Willingness to complete Connecticut fingerprinting/background requirements prior to start.
- Preferred: Experience with dysphagia management and documentation in an SNF electronic medical record.

- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Contract Length: 14 weeks.
