Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license (SC LLR PT) required prior to start of assignment.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- Experience in hospital inpatient settings, including orthopedics (same-day joints and orthopedic trauma), neuro, ICU, cardiac, renal, oncology, trauma, and stroke care.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and document in accordance with APTA standards.
- Demonstrated competency supervising and collaborating with PTAs and treatment teams.
- Comfort managing an initial caseload that may include approximately 10 evaluations per day and additional treatments as needed.
- Preferred: Evidence-based practice experience and familiarity with outcome measurement and clinical research application.
