Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care in electronic medical records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- New graduates welcome; clinical experience with geriatric populations or LTC preferred.
