Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active North Dakota Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Client preference: PT preferred for this opening; PT or PTA considered. Indicate PT licensure if applying for PT role.
- Ability to perform standard inpatient skilled nursing evaluations, plan of care development, and documentation required.
