Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at a hospital in Elko, NV. Provide clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, connect patients and families to community resources, and advocate for patient needs across inpatient services. Serve patients experiencing mental health disorders, substance use issues, medical comorbidities, and social determinants that affect health outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program.
Two years of supervised clinical experience, including experience providing individual and family psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
Current Nevada LCSW license required at time of submittal.
Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
Competence with discharge planning, care coordination, and community resource linkage preferred.
Ability to document in electronic medical records and comply with hospital policies.

Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 07:00–15:00.
