Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Salinas, CA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Candidates with license in process under the 60-day rule will be considered.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. New graduates welcome; mentorship available.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with electronic medical records. Facility uses Net Health for documentation.
- Demonstrated time-management skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to float to a sister facility within walking distance, as needed.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

- Shift Pattern: Flex schedule. Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.
- Shift Structure: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Floating: Position may require floatation to a sister facility within walking distance.
