Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Idaho Physical Therapist license required. Must attach license to submission.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required. Must attach certification to submission packet.
- Minimum 1 year recent physical therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Ability to work in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and float to inpatient units when census requires.
- Client submission template required for consideration. Submittals without requested template will be rejected. Preferred: experience with hospital EMR systems.
