Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Washington State OT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical of a 35-hour work week and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
