Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient experience required, including evaluation and 60-minute initial evaluations with ongoing skilled treatment sessions.
- Experience documenting in electronic medical records, writing measurable goals, and completing letters of medical necessity.
- Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans and supervise discipline-specific therapy services.
- Must comply with state practice act and maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.

- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Caseload: 60-minute initial evaluations plus treatment sessions as assigned.
