Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred. Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and sports-related injuries preferred.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with PTAs, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Number of Openings: 2 PT and 2 PTA positions.
- Start Dates: Assignments begin April 13 and April 27. Two candidates may start on each date.
