Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
- Experience performing evaluations and managing caseloads in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
- Comfortable participating in interdisciplinary morning meetings and assisting with ancillary tasks as part of the facility workflow.
