Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred. New graduates will be considered; clinic indicates a 60-minute eval plus treatment model and a preference for clinicians comfortable with 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment.
Documentation skills required, including evaluation notes, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulatory and clinic requirements.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, demonstrate clinical reasoning, and progress patients toward discharge within established length-of-stay expectations.
Willingness to participate in student supervision and to engage in professional development activities.
Adherence to state practice act, professional code of conduct, and organizational safety practices, including safe patient handling and infection control.

Duration: 13-week assignment.
Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
