Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience providing restorative and long-term care therapy preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical of post-acute and skilled nursing environments preferred.

- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
