Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Arizona physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required.
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
- Willingness and ability to float to other regional hospital facilities as needed.
- Ability to meet facility immunization and onboarding requirements.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.
- Weekend Requirement: 2–3 weekends per month.
- Duration: 13-week assignment with 36 hours guaranteed per week.
- Floating: Required to float to other regional facilities as needed.
