Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least one year of home health physical therapy experience is required (client specific).
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic documentation system is required (client specific).
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: M-F, 8-hour shifts, typical schedule 0800–1700.
- No on-call or weekend requirements.
- Covers visits across local communities including Hesperia, Adelanto, Oak Hills, Phelan, Piñon Hills, Lucerne, Apple Valley, and Victorville. Floating to other client locations within the region may be required.
